The Journey
My path to enterprise AI leadership started on the manufacturing floor, not in a boardroom. As a Logistics Manager and Inventory Controller at Sensient Technologies, I saw firsthand the gap between what enterprise systems promised and what actually worked for the people doing the work.
That experience shaped everything that followed. At Gallo, I led a $10M automation program that increased throughput by 20%—not because we had the fanciest technology, but because we understood how technology needed to fit into existing workflows. I managed a $440M greenfield manufacturing facility with 19 concurrent workstreams, remotely from California during COVID. At Flory Industries, we achieved similar gains by focusing on the intersection of systems, processes, and people.
Now, through Elizabeth Moyle Enterprise Consulting, I'm applying those 25 years of operational insight to the biggest shift in how companies work since the internet: agentic AI. Currently leading agentic AI program management for 57blocks—a global AI consultancy—I run the full lifecycle: decomposing human workflows into agent-shaped pieces, designing agent architectures, managing production builds, running real-user pilots, and operating the systems post-launch.
